Enjoy Summer on the Terrace at WILDE with a Truly Unique Minuty Rosé Tasting Experience in a City Centre Floral Oasis

Since 1936 Minuty has been a family story of passion and values on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, and today their reputation has spread widely throughout the world, with presence in over 100 countries. This summer, Minuty is thrilled to bring the spirit of Provence to the heart of Dublin with a bespoke terrace takeover at one of the city’s most prestigious venues, WILDE at The Westbury. Running until September, the takeover will see a selection of stunning Minuty wines offered in accompaniment to a sumptuous seafood tower and caviar platter, curated to enhance the tasting notes in each of these delicate wines.

While experiencing Summer on the Terrace at WILDE, guests will enjoy views of Grafton Street in the surroundings of a truly remarkable floral installation by Kasia Skopinska. Further visual delights come in the form of a magnificent menucover illustration by Irish watercolour artist, Sarah Wickham, adding to this truly unique rosé lovers tasting experience.

Guests can taste a selection of three of Minuty’s most well-loved rosés in an exclusive Flight, for €37, which includes a 75ml pour of each of the three rosés from the Château Minuty collection: Minuty Prestige 2023, Château Minuty Rosé et Or 2023, and Château Minuty 281 2023.

Minuty Prestige 2023 (€17.50 per glass and €68 per bottle) first appeared over 25 years ago when Jean-Etienne and François Matton wanted to bring a signature wine to a wider audience of Provence rosé lovers with the perfect pairing of exciting aromas and light flavour. This rosé aimed to provide a joyful experience for wine lovers and showcase the flavours of the Provence terroirs. The bottle’s beautiful design was updated in 2020.

Château Minuty Rosé et Or 2023 (€24.50 per glass, €96 per bottle) is an Estate wine that first appeared in 2009. The creators wanted to take the winery’s signature subtle flavour and intense aromas to the next level and so the winery’s three main terroirs were expertly blended to capture the Château Minuty flavour in Rose et Or.

Château Minuty 281 2023 (€44.50 per glass, €175 per bottle) came out in 2015 and is the latest Minuty rosé. The intense pantone blue seen on the bottle represents a celebration of the nearby Mediterranean Sea, which influences and elevates the Minuty vineyard every day. 281 is also inspired by the visionary and revolutionary ambition of Etienne Matton, father of Jean-Etienne and François. He began cloning the winery’s exclusive Grenache in the 70s, which now forms the 281 vintage’s best plots. The 281 is a rosé for celebration, haute-couture and fine dining.

This extraordinary tasting journey is accompanied by a perfectly paired food menu to enjoy in the optimum summer city surroundings. The Summer on the Terrace menu features a seafood tower, (€129), with a selection of dill cured salmon, Carlingford Lough rock oysters and seared tuna sashimi alongside West Cork mussels, brown crab claws, prawns and crusty bread; grilled lobster tail can then be added for an additional €48, creating the ultimate seafood lover’s luxury tasting experience.
