Online learning can be a fantastic way to learn a new topic at your own pace. If you cannot commit to in person classes, online learning allows you to ‘learn on the go’ from a laptop or smart phone. One such online learning platforms is the Wine Scholar Guild. The WSG offers certified programmes specialising in France, Spain and Italy. Once you’ve completed your preferred (or all) country you can delve deeper into the region with Master Level programmes specific to Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Champagne and Loire.

Students have access to online flashcards, e-learning modules, webinars and more. The WSG also run annual wine study immersion trips where you can meet winemakers and taste the wines in various regions.
