Stillgarden Bramble by Stillgarden Distillery

Ingredients

•  Stillgarden Social Gin
• 20ML Stillgarden Berrissimo
• 30ML fresh lemon juice
• 20ML sugar syrup

Method

Shake all ingredients except for Berrissimo and serve over crushed ice. Drizzle 20ml of Berrissimo over the top and stir. Garnish with a blackberry. Enjoy Responsibly and always socially.


Blanc Mead Spritz Cocktail by Kinsale Mead

A natural, Irish alternative to a summer Aperol Spritz. Sun-kissed for summer.

Ingredients

  • 4 measure of Atlantic Dry Mead
  • 1 measure of Sweet Vermouth such as Valentia Island
  • 2 measures of soda water
  • 2 measures of white lemonade

Method

  • Mix Mead and Vermouth in a glass of ice
  • Top with soda water and lemonade
  • Garnish with an orange twist

Michelada by Beara Bitters

A Mexico City Beer cocktail, this one is made with Wicklow Brewery red ale. Ideal for those who enjoy a Bloody Mary.

Ingredients

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch brown sugar
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch celery salt
  • Lime wedge
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes tobasco sauce
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can Wicklow Brewery Red Ale
  • 5ml Aromatic Bitters

Method

  • Add equal parts salt, brown sugar and cayenne pepper to a plate
  • Moisten the lip of the glass with a lime wedge, then invert it over the plate and carefully rime with the mix.
  • Add lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tobasco sauce, black pepper, celery salt and bitters
  • Add ice, then top with the beer and stir.

French 75 Recipe by Muckross Gin

Ingredients (single serving)

  • 45 ml Muckross Irish Gin
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
  • 60 ml chilled Brut Champagne or other dry sparkling wine
  • Lemon twist (for garnish)

Method

  1. Add Muckross Irish Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well until chilled, about 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a chilled flute or coupe glass.
  4. Top with Champagne and gently stir.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Tip: Always chill your Champagne and glassware in advance for a crisp, effervescent finish.

‘Oh Me O’Maro’ Silks Irish Gin Negroni by Boann Distillery

Ingredients

  • 25ml Silks Irish Gin
  • 25ml Stillgarden O’Maro Irish Amaro
  • 25ml Valentia Island Vermouth 

Method

  1. Add the Silks Irish Gin, Stillgarden O’Maro Irish Amaro & Valentia Island Vermouth to a glass of ice.
  2. Stir well, garnish with orange zest and enjoy!
