Demystifying B CORP: What is B CORP accreditation and why it’s important for the wine industry.
Facilitated by Catherine Cleary (Irish Times) with a panel of experts including Iain Thurgar (When in Rome), Geraldine Gouet-Thureau (Cono Sur), Nuno Silva (Graham’s) and James McManus (B Lab Ireland).
The wines tasted will include When in Rome Primitivo Puglia, Cono Sur20 Barrels Pinot Noir, and Graham’s 6 Grape Reserve Port.

Food & Wine: Authenticity and Origin: The importance of people and place in food and wine.
Facilitated by Aoife Carrigy (Irish Independent), with a panel of experts including Ricardo Arambarri (Vintae), Leslie Williams (Irish Examiner), Joe Coyle (ex-Liberty Wines), and Morgan Vanderkamer (Union Restaurant & President, Irish Guild of Sommeliers).
