Dr Terry Cross is the character behind Hinch Distillery. Even when he was a teenager sailing the world, his ambition went against the wind. He built his first Belfast business in the 1980s when bombs were destroying the city around him. When Terry spins the wheel, everyone watches, because they know he’s got more than luck on his side. We will release a limited number of our unique single malt casks to our most trusted partners every year. After 5 years, these numbered and dated casks will be available for you to bottle or to sell on. Now, there’s a legacy worth treasuring.
